Piggery Farming in Kabaya Village
Project Launch: 12-31-20
The Kabaya Community Organization plans to start a piggery project in their community. Given the extreme poverty in this agricultural community, they expect the pigs to generate fertilizer, improving crop yields and increasing nutrition and income. The community will procure and distribute 82 piglets to start this project. The community is committed to funding pig feed, building pig pens at their homes, and contributing 200 frw per week to group savings.
