‘Skills for Her’ is a program which primarily targets young women between 18 and 25, in rural and low-income communities in Ghana, who are looking for training opportunities to start their own vocational skill-based businesses. 30 women will be trained over the course of three months in jewelery making and catering as well as business plan development, marketing, and IT. It is expected that this project will equip women with the skills needed to launch successful businesses, with the long-term support of the community organization.
