Nankhanga school block construction project
Project Launch: 11-15-23
Chikudzo Village Development Committee, in collaboration with the Nankhanga Junior Primary School Management Committee, is embarking on a transformative educational project to construct a two-roomed classroom block at Nankhanga Junior Primary School in Chikudzo village under Group Village Head Mwesakuva, T/A Msakambewa, in Dowa district. The construction of this new school block is expected to not only reduce the dropout rate, early marriage incidents, and cases of defilement but also empower Nankhanga Junior Primary School to upgrade to a full primary school, accommodating students from Standard 1 through Standard 8. A total of 300 students are expected to use the new classrooms once completed.
