Brooklyn Packers is redesigning and relaunching its signature direct-to-community program, Brooklyn Supported Agriculture (BSA). BSA is the retail component of Brooklyn Packers’ offering, connecting local farms and food producers to New York City residents. Because more than 75% of current BSA supporters purchased from Brooklyn Packers via mobile device, the organization see a key opportunity to meet existing supporters’ digital expectations, grow the market of BSA supporters, and simultaneously build the connective tissue across households - all through through the development of a BSA mobile application.
