About this Project

This project supports the Community Advisors Network in Chimaltenango by strengthening its Coordinating Council, which plays an important role in organizing and guiding the Network’s work. Until now, most resources have gone directly to community activities, leaving limited tools for internal coordination. This project will provide essential equipment—such as a computer, projector, camera, and sound system—along with basic materials and support for meetings. It also includes professional guidance to help build leadership, planning, and administrative skills within the Council. By improving how the Council works and communicates, this project will help the Network operate more smoothly, remain independent, and continue supporting communities in a strong and sustainable way.
