ECONOMIC GROWTH THROUGH NATURAL REGENARATION AND FOREST CONSERVATION
Project Launch: 5-10-22
Using a $999.38 grant, Chitandika Village Forest Area Committee will purchase 30 beehives to add to the current five beehives with the aim of increasing honey production to increase income for members. While the old five hives are smaller, the additional beehives will be bigger in volume to ensure increased harvest. With the increase in the number of beehives, the group will be able to increase its profits and support less privileged students with school fees.
