Breaking the Silence - Turning Pain into Punchlines - is a year-long mental wellness initiative born from the Black Women in Comedy Laff Fest which is a project of One FunnySistah Entertainment. This initiative centers healing through laughter and sisterhood, bringing culturally responsive therapy, peer support, and creative expression to 20 Black women stand-up comedians from the NYC area.
