World Connect’s Kids to Kids program awarded $500 in 2009 to support the TaeKwon-Do Club in Santo Domingo. TaeKwon-Do helps develop discipline, respect, honor, and responsibility and encourages healthy lifestyles, exercise and teaches self-defense - skills that last a lifetime. Grant funds supported materials, programming, and essential infrastructure improvements to allow students to learn TaeKwon-Do in a fully safe and well-equipped environment.Explore other Projects
