Missira Dantila Health Post Improvements
Project Launch: 1-27-16
Due to a strong rain storm, the Missira Dantila Health Post no longer has electricity, forcing nurses and midwives to treat patients in the dark using a flashlight. This project will lead to the installation of solar electricity in the health facility, allowing the health staff to provide care at any hour of the day. Additionally, the project will organize a women-led health group that will meet monthly to discuss health topics such as malaria, malnutrition, and maternal and infant health.
