Bathroom Refurbishment
Project Launch: 6-2-16
The bathrooms at the local primary school in Pla Kang village have been inoperable for many years, threatening the health of its students and faculty. This project will refurbish and repair the school’s three bathroom stalls as well as build three sinks, providing access to proper sanitation facilities and clean water on school grounds. Students will participate in monthly workshops focused on sanitation, hygiene and the importance of hand washing and will be responsible for cleaning the bathrooms on a weekly, rotating basis.
